What services are available?
24 hour on-call site management and a team of experienced senior staff
Assistance with personal, domestic and social tasks and support to the general welfare of all individuals and responding flexible to changes of needs.
Multi-disciplinary agency working
Encouraging individuals to remain active and maintain family links and social skills
Actively enable individuals to take responsibility for their own lives and empower them to become less dependent upon others.

A fully comprehensive assessment of need is completed before an individual can be considered for a placement
A person Centred Plan is completed and reviewed regularly involving the individual, multi-disciplinary agencies and the Care Team.
Risk Assessments are completed and reviewed in accordance with legislation.
Staff are qualified and supervised regularly
